Location : Rayong
Salary : B/ 70,000
World's leading manufacturers of carton packaging and associated equipment suppliers. To provide advice to management on matters to industrial relations and for maintaining harmonious, relationships between management and staff and helps to settle grievances between individuals or staff and management. Take initiatives in develop, coordinate and direct 'employee relations activities' for the organization by performing the following duties in close corodination with HR team.
Core responsibilities:-
Conduct investigation independently; handle disciplinary action and resolving grievance in close coordination with line managers.
Verify adherence to terms of labor contract by monitoring day-to-day implementation.
Take lead in preparation for CBA negotiation.
Advise on government regulations, e.g. minimum wages, terms and conditions of working, etc.
Advise all departments on potential rules and regulations, disciplinary actions.
Develop and implement documentation for disciplinary actions.
Coordinate with government affirmative action and compliance review.
Verify facts / legal documentation for employee discharge.
In charge of Investigation on violation of the company policies.
